TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
1.Power unit will not
operate.
1.1 Burned switch contacts.
1.2 Electrical service down.
1.3 Burned out motor.
1.1 Replace switch.
1.2 Check electrical service.
Replace fuse or reset circuit
breaker if necessary.
1.3 Remove and replace motor.
2.Power unit is running
but attachment will not
turn.
2.1 Broken or slipping belt.
2.2 PTO adapter missing.
2.1 Replace belt.
2.2 Install PTO adapter.
3.Attachments rattle when
under power.
3.1 |Thumb screw on PTO
loose or missing.
3.1 Replace and tighten the
thumb screw.
