Why are no Electric Over Hydraulic (EOH) Functions working on my Unverferth BRENT V1100 Farm Equipment?

  If no Electric Over Hydraulic (EOH) functions are working on your Unverferth Farm Equipment, start by checking the connections to the main power harness in the tractor cab and the 5 AMP fuse in the fuse holder of the main power harness. Replace the fuse if needed. Ensure good connections at the Deutsch connectors in the harnesses by unplugging them at the hitch point and in the extension harness (if used), cleaning them with electrical contact cleaner, aligning them correctly, and reconnecting them. Also, verify that the quick couplers are properly connected to the tractor SCV and that the Hydraulic Pressure line is being pressurized when engaging the tractor SCV.

What to do if one single function will not work on Unverferth BRENT V1100?

  If a single function isn't working on your Unverferth Farm Equipment, first, check the coil on the EOH valve for that function. Loosen the cap for the coils associated with that function on the EOH valve, depress the button on the remote to see if the coils are getting magnetized and inspect the wiring connectors to these coils, and replace the coil if necessary. If the coil is not the issue, remove the coil and the cartridge valve on the EOH valve block for that function, and replace the valve if it doesn't operate when the coil is magnetized. Another potential cause is debris in the EOH block at the base of the vertical auger. Remove the coil and the cartridge valve on the EOH valve block, remove any debris, and reinstall the cartridge and coil.

Why do functions continue to operate after the button is released on Unverferth BRENT V1100 Farm Equipment?

  If the functions on your Unverferth Farm Equipment continue to operate after releasing the button on the remote, it could be due to a high tractor hydraulic flow. Reduce the tractor hydraulic flow to not exceed 6 gallons per minute. Alternatively, there may be a defective valve on the EOH valve for that function. In this case, remove the coil and the cartridge valve on the EOH valve block for that function, and replace the cartridge.
