a) Unfasten Velcro from lower foot rest.
b) Disconnect straps on side of seat that
are wrapped around seat frame.
Removing fabrics from seat
c) Release strap on the underside of seat
and slide fabric over and off of the top
of seat frame. Reverse process when
putting fabric back on seat frame.

regarding fabric care.
