11 Trouble-shooting
This section lists faults that can be solved simply by following the instructions given. If
the fault cannot be remedied, please contact Customer Services. Before contacting Cus-
tomer Services:
please note down the serial number (SN), which is shown on the identification plate,
as well as
the error message in full (e.g. F10 / E19) shown in the display, and
the sequence of events that led to the fault.
Malfunction Possible cause Solution/Measures
Appliance is not
working.
Mains voltage too high, er-
ror message U1.
Have the electrical installation
checked by an expert.
Control and/or process
data error, error message
F5, F6 or F7
Contact Customer Services.
Interruption in the power
supply.
Check the power supply.
Change fuse.
Reset automatic circuit breaker.
The fuse or circuit breaker
keeps blowing.
Contact Customer Services.
Appliance is faulty. Contact Customer Services.
Illumination is not
working.
Sabbath mode is active.
Hold the button depressed
for 3 seconds.
If the illumination turns on: The
problem is remedied.
If the appliance switches off
(«OF» in the display):
Switch the appliance back on
again and contact Customer
Services.
Check whether an air flow
is perceptible at the air
outlets in the room con-
cerned.
If yes: Door sensor is faulty
(message A1 or A2).
If no: LED light strip is de-
fective.
Contact Customer Services.
Illumination is flash-
ing.
Appliance door is left open
for longer than 3 minutes.
Appliance door was not
closed properly.
Close the appliance door.
