Ensure the bag's edge is correctly positioned across the seal bar, without extending past the chamber, and that there are no wrinkles. A poor seal can also be the culprit; it should be clear, not spotty, incomplete, wrinkled, milky, or white. In such cases, cut the seal and restart the process. Lastly, make sure both the sealer and bag are clean, dry, and free of any debris.
