4.3 Some uid is drawn but performance is slow / no adequate vacuum
(Note: A noticeable drop in the sound level should be apparent shortly after
depressing the lever. This indicates that proper vacuum is being developed).
1. Is the working pressure below the minimum of 5.5 bar (80 psi)? Check for
kinked or blocked hose, poor quality restrictive couplings or ttings and
replace if necessary.
2. Are seals damaged? Check seals of canister head and safety valve for pro-
per condition and replace if necessary.
3. Is the silencer locked? Clean or replace silencer (Attention: do not attempt
to operate without silencer in place!).
4. Is the drain valve open? Close the valve.
5. Is the rubber tting or hose damaged allowing air to enter? Replace with the
new parts if necessary.
