If the VADDIO Digital Presenters camera isn't working and the front light is off, start by checking the power connections. Ensure the power cable is properly connected from the PoE splitter and that the Cat-5 cable runs correctly from the PoE+ power injector to the splitter. Also, verify that the wall outlet is functioning by testing it with another device, like a cell phone charger. If the issue persists, it might be a hardware problem with the PoE splitter, PoE+ power injector, or the camera itself.
