Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE TROUBLESHOOTING
The programme
does not start.
Your dishwasher is not
plugged in.
Plug in your dishwasher.
Your dishwasher is not
switched on.
Switch on the dishwasher by pressing
the Start/Stop button.
Blown fuse. Check your circuit breaker.
Water inlet valve closed. Open the water supply tap.
The door of your dishwasher
is open.
Close the dishwasher door.
The water supply hose and
the filters of the appliance
are blocked.
Check the water supply hose and filters
of the appliance and make sure they are
not blocked.
Water remains
inside the
appliance.
The water drain hose is
blocked or pinched (bent).
Check the drain hose, then clean or
unfold it.
The filters are clogged. Clean the filters.
The programme is not yet
complete.
Wait for the end of the programme.
The machine stops
during the wash.
Power failure. Check the mains supply.
Water supply failure. Check the tap.
If shaking and
banging noises
are heard during
washing.
The spray arm is hitting the
dishes in the lower rack.
Move or remove objects that are
blocking the spray arm.
