Position the assembled barbecue base on the ground with the front panel facing
upwards.
• Secure the four feet (M, P, R and V) via the M6 x 10 mm bolts EE (x8). Align each foot
with the bottom screw hole and the second highest screw hole (as indicated on the
barbecue base) before fully securing them. To help you put the feet in the correct
place, the feet are marked as follows:
• LF - Left front foot.
• LB - Left back foot.
• RF - Right front foot.
• RB - Right back foot.

Next, position the assembled barbecue base on its side with the front panel facing
forwards.
• Align the tray’s screw holes Q with the holes on the bottom of the feet (M, P, R and
V). Use the M6 x 10 mm bolts EE (x4) to secure the tray in place.
• Insert the axles U into the holes on the right front and back feet (V and R).

Place the wheels S (x2) at both ends of the axle U and secure them in place by means
of the lock nuts MM (x2).
• Push the wheel caps T (x2) onto the wheels until they are fully inserted.

Position the adjustable charcoal grill J on the barbecue base. Stand in front of the
barbecue and look at the charcoal grill J from above: make sure that the charcoal
grill’s J single black lever is placed in the front left-hand corner of the barbecue and
the black lever with a silver mechanism is in the front right-hand corner.

Secure the adjustable charcoal grill J in place by means of the M6 x 10 mm bolts EE (x4).
• Insert the end of the black lever into the front left-hand corner - through the hole on
the grey bracket - and insert the pin OO to secure the lever in place.
To assemble the front right-hand corner mechanism, insert the silver element and silver
circular tube into the hole on the inside of the barbecue base. Simultaneously slide the
black part at the bottom into the horizontal slot found underneath. Insert a M6 x 10 mm
bolt EE (x1) through the top screw hole and secure the element in place, as indicated.
Insert the charcoal grill handle BB through the hole on the front panel, then place a M5
nut RR (x1) at the end of the handle that protrudes from the inside of the base.
• Insert the door handle washer Z onto the end of the door handle Y. Next, insert the
handle into the hole on the front of the door.
• Check that the handle Y is installed in a vertical manner, with respect to the floor.

Insert the door-locking mechanism AA onto the end of the handle that protrudes
from the inside of the barbecue base. Check that the door-looking mechanism AA
is also vertically aligned.
• Secure it in place by means of a D6 washer PP (x1), followed by a D6 spring washer
QQ (x1) and finally a M6 nut LL (x1).
