Attach the damper D to the left panel I of the barbecue base, by means of a M6 x 10 mm
bolt EE (x1). Secure the damper in place by means of a D6 washer PP (x1), followed by a
D6 spring washer QQ (x1) and finally a M6 nut LL (x1). Repeat these steps to install the
other damper D on the right panel DD of the barbecue base.
Secure the lower hinges G (x2) onto the rear panel H of the barbecue base, by inserting
the M6 x 45 mm bolts GG (x4) with the D6 spring washers QQ (x4), followed by the D6
washers PP (x4). Then tighten the bolts.
Secure the trolley handle L to the left panel I of the barbecue base by threading the
M6x70 mm bolts HH (x2) from the inside of the left panel I. Secure the trolley handle L
by tightening the bolts until it is secured in place.
Install the bottle opener N on the left front foot P, by means of the M5 x 16 mm bolts II
(x2). We recommend positioning the top bolt first, followed by the bottom bolt, before
tightening them both to secure everything in place.
• Place the lid E upside down with its back facing you.
• Secure the upper hinges F (x2) on the lid E by inserting the M6x35mm bolts FF (x4)
through the upper hinge and the lid. Place a D6 washer PP (x4) at the end of each
bolt, followed by a D6 spring washer QQ (x4) and finally a M6 nut LL, to secure the
upper hinge F in place.
Secure the damper D on the left side of the lid E by inserting a M6 x 10 mm bolt EE (x1)
through the damper D. Secure it in place by means of a D6 washer PP (x1), followed by a
D6 spring washer QQ (x1) and finally a M6 nut LL (x1). Repeat these steps to secure the
last damper D to the right side of the lid E.
Secure the lid handle C by screwing the M5 x 28 mm bolts JJ (x2) in place from the inside
of the lid E. Tighten the bolts to secure the lid handle C.
Place the lid E on the barbecue base by aligning the hinges and inserting the upper hinge
F into the lower hinge G. Place the hinge pintles NN (x2) in the horizontal slots, in order to
connect the upper and lower hinges (F and G). Insert the pins OO (x2) in a vertical manner
into the holes of the hinge pintles NN, in order to secure them in place (x2).
To install the side table CC, insert the M6 x 20 mm partial thread bolts KK (x2) into the
holes at the top of the right front and back feet (V and R).
Hold the side table CC in a horizontal manner and slide the notch on the top edge of the
side table over the two recently-positioned bolts.
