      heidi10Aug 9, 2025
If there's no fuel delivery to the Valeo Heater, check the fuel delivery to the heater. Possible causes include an empty fuel tank; bent, closed, clogged, or leaking lines; paraffin deposits or frozen water in fuel lines; a closed venting opening in the tank; mixed-up fuel lines; a contaminated fuel filter or screen in the pump; a defective fuel pump or coupling; or fuel lines that aren't vacuum-tight.

      Pamela RodriguezAug 18, 2025
If the CO value of the Valeo Heater cannot be adjusted to the nominal value, and there's irregular combustion, adjust the CO value to the nominal value. Possible causes include air bubbles in the fuel supply line (leaking fuel supply line), a contaminated or leaking fuel filter, a leaking fuel integration (suction lift, low pressure in tank), a defective fuel pump, a contaminated screen in the fuel pump, an ineffective O-ring seal on the fuel pump, a defective atomizer nozzle, throttled or closed combustion air and exhaust lines, a burner motor speed that is too low, or a defective coupling.

What to do if the circulating pump of Valeo Aquavent 6000S does not operate?
    • F
      fkennedyAug 28, 2025
If the circulating pump of your Valeo Aquavent 6000S or 6000SC doesn't operate, it might be due to an activated error mode. In case of malfunctions, the motor is switched off via the error mode. Reactivate the circulating pump motor by disconnecting the power supply for more than 2 minutes. After reconnecting the power supply, the motor will perform a soft start.
