TRASFORMAZIONE
IN ALTRI TIPI DI GAS
Se il bruciatore non è predisposto per il tipo di gas
disponibile nel vostro impianto occorre eettua-
re la trasformazione ad altro tipo di gas. Questo
adattamento deve essere eseguito da personale
qualificato. Eseguire tali operazioni solo dopo
aver chiuso il rubinetto d’intercettazione del gas
posto a monte dell’apparecchiatura. Per questo
tipo di operazione eseguire la sostituzione degli
ugelli e la regolazione dell’aria primaria, prenden-
do come riferimento i dati della tabella tab. 7.3
del presente manuale.

CONVERSION
TO OTHER GAS TYPES
If the burner is not set for the type of gas
available on your mains, it must be converted
to another type of gas.
This conversion must be performed by
qualified personnel.
Proceed with conversion only aer closing the
gas shut-off valve upline of the equipment.
For this type of operation replace the
nozzles and primary air regulators, with
reference to the data in table table 7.3
in this manual.

SOSTITUZIONE UGELLO
BRUCIATORE PRINCIPALE
• Allentare la vite V
• Spostare la boccola Z
• Svitare e sostituire l’ugello N.4-5 previsto
per il nuovo tipo di gas
• Regolare la boccola Z alla distanza H
corrispondente alla nuova installazione
vedi tab. 7.8 e riavvitare la vite V.
• Eseguire questa operazione per tutti gli ugelli
Dopo ogni operazione di adattamento a nuovo
gas si provveda ad eettuare quanto segue:
- Applicare sulle targhette dati
un adesivo indelebile con riportata
la nuova configurazione
- Ripristinare i sigilli di vernice sulle parti regolate.
- Procedere alle opportune
prove di tenuta del circuito gas.

CREPLACING THE MAIN
BURNER NOZZLE
• Loosen screw V
• Move bushing Z
• Unscrew and replace nozzle N.4-5
with the version for the new type of gas
• Set bushing Z at distance H
corresponding to the new installation,
see table 7.8 and retighten screw V.
• Perform the same operation for all nozzles
Aer each gas conversion procedure, the
following must be performed:
- Aix a new indelible adhesive label
on the data plates,
stating the new configuration
- Restore the paint seals on adjusted parts.
- Complete appropriate
gas circuit sealing tests.
