Attach the base frame components (A and A1) using screws (F).
Securely attach the legs (B) to the assembled base frame using screws (E).
Place and fix the lower shelf (C) onto the legs using screws (E).
Screw the adjustable feet (D) into the bottom of the legs for stability.
