caution
The motor is on, the scooter does not start, no
indication of the battery charge level.
The ignition key is not turned on properly.
The battery is incorrectly plugged or
disconnected.
Damage to the control module.
Damage to the junction box.
Damaged cable bundle.
The motor is on, the scooter does not start,
insufficient battery level.
Damage/loosening of the directional lever
potentiometer
Damaged motor.
Damage to the junction box.
Scooter is switched on but does not accelerate.
Low battery level.
The parking brake is on.
Scooter is switched on but accelerates very
slowly.
The battery level doesn’t increase when
charging.
The batteries are not properly matched.
The main switch is in the off position.
The charging socket is damaged.
Incorrect charger.
The charger is damaged.
The power outlet is broken.
The battery lost voltage due to self-discharge.
The EU/UK plug adapter is damaged.
The wheels make squeaking sound.
Seized brake pads after storage in a humid
atmosphere. Will right themselves after
continued usage.
