This meter has been designed with attention to safety, but the user must also take care to respect the safety
prescriptions described below.
1. Do not exceed the maximum values for current or voltage measurements.
2. Use extreme caution when working with voltages in excess of 25V AC rms. These voltages are considered a
shock hazard.
3. Never operate the device if the back panel or the cover of the battery or fuse compartment is not securely in
place.
4. Input limits: 200A (AC current), ±200A (DC current)
6. Operation
a) AC Current Measurements
1) Set the function switch to the ACA range.
2) Press the trigger and enclose a single conductor with the jaws,
which must be fully closed (see figure).
3) Read the ACA value on the LCD.
