Why my Velotric Thunder 1ST battery will not charge?

  If the battery of your Velotric Bicycle isn't charging, make sure the charger is properly connected. If the charger is damaged, it will need to be replaced. A damaged or non-functional battery, damaged wiring, or an overdischarged battery will also prevent charging and require replacement. Also, if the ambient temperature is below 41°F (5°C) or above 104°F (40°C), keep the battery in an environment with an ambient temperature of 50°F to 77°F (10°C to 25°C) for at least 1 hour.

If you are driving with too many hills, headwind, braking, or an excessive load, assist with the pedals or adjust your route. If the battery has been discharged for a long period without regular charges, recharge it. If the range decline persists, contact help@velotricbike.com. Check if the brakes are rubbing and adjust them. If the battery is faulty, damaged, or aged, it may need to be replaced.
