PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTIONS
There is too
much ice
formation.
- The door is not closed properly.
- The door seal is deformed or dirty.
- The products are not packed
correctly.
- The appliance is fully loaded and
set to the lowest temperature.
- The set temperature in the appliance
is too low and the ambient
temperature is too high.
- Find the cause of the door not closing
properly, remove or move possible
obstacles.
- As a result, the door does not close
properly. Clean the seal and repair the
deformation.If necessary, replace the seal,
contact customer service.
- Pack the products better.
- Set a higher temperature. Please refer to
Section 4.

The side
panels are
hot.
This is normal.
The heat exchanger components
are on the side of the appliance.
Immediately after installation, the
sides become hot, after the fridge
reaches its internal temperature, the
temperature of the side panels will
decrease.
Abnormal
noise
- The appliance is not stable/level.
- The appliance is in contact with the
wall or other objects.
- Readjust the appliance’s adjusting legs.
- Move the appliance slightly.
