Why is humidification ineffective in my Vertiv Air Conditioner, and the humidification contactor does not close?
    • G
      george90Aug 21, 2025
If the humidification in your Vertiv Air Conditioner isn't working, it could be due to the humidification contactor not closing. First, inspect the contactor itself and then check the circuit voltage of the contactor. Also, check the opened safety devices of the infrared humidifier: Water pan over-temperature protection switch and lamp over-temperature protection switch. If manual reset or adjustment is reached, the contractor does not close. Use a jumper to shot terminals P35-1 and P35-2. If the contactor is closed, replace the series-connected safety device, and remove the jumper.

What to do if Vertiv Liebert PEX3 DX humidification is ineffective and there is no water in water pan?
    • E
      Erin SandovalAug 29, 2025
If the Vertiv Air Conditioner's humidification is ineffective, it may be due to no water in the water pan. Check the water supply, ensure the water supply solenoid valve is working, verify the state of the high water-level switch and water level regulator, and confirm the water supply pipe is not clogged.
