      If your ViaSat Touch terminal will not peak, make sure that the elevation is set correctly. You can increase the elevation angle by 1° above the degree amount shown on the modem’s 'Status' screen or use a smartphone app like DishPointer® Pro to dial in the elevation degree. Also, sweep the azimuth slower, sweeping for 180° and coming back to the compass bearing.

If using vehicle AC power, ensure the AC adapter is configured for 120-150V and rated for 80W.

      If the modem of your ViaSat Touch terminal does not allow you to enter into the Pointing and Peaking process, try the following: 1. Cycle the modem assembly’s power 'ON/OFF' switch. 2. Ensure all cables are fully seated (i.e., Coax, GPS, etc.). 3. Listen for a clicking noise coming from the TRIA after the modem assembly’s power is cycled.
