It supports various command sources (control panel, terminal, communication) and frequency sources (digital setting, analog voltage/current, pulse, MS reference, Simple PLC, PID, communication, keypad potentiometer). Motor parameter self-learning is crucial for optimal vector control performance. Users must input motor nameplate parameters (rated power, voltage, current, frequency, RPM) and perform static or complete tuning. The inverter also includes password protection and parameter lock functions to safeguard settings. The inverter is designed to handle various load types, including constant torque (G type) and fan/pump (P type) models. It features advanced protection functions such as motor overload, overvoltage/overcurrent stall, input/output phase loss, offload detection, overspeed detection, and large speed deviation detection.

Maintenance Features:

Routine and periodical maintenance (every 3-6 months) are essential due to environmental factors.

  • Daily Check: Monitor motor and inverter temperature, noise/vibration, loading current, cooling fan operation, terminal condition, and enclosure temperature.
  • Regular Maintenance: Regularly clear cooling air ducts, check screw connections for tightness and overheating, inspect insulation of motor and main circuit cables, and ensure proper grounding.
  • Wearing Part Replacement: Cooling fans typically need replacement every 2-3 years, and large capacity electrolytic capacitors every 4-5 years.
  • Storage: Store in a well-ventilated area, free from high temperature, humidity, vibration, and metal powder. For long-term storage, power on the inverter every 2 years for less than 5 hours using an auto-transformer to restore filter capacitor performance.
