warranted

the date
of
purchase. Mowers
must
be
delivered
to
Victa Limited or
to
their authorised service centres where defective pans will
be
replaced
or
serviced
without
charge
for
labour
or
material.
Free
home service is available
fro~t~
purchase and
for
a period
of
90 days.
After
90 days a
nominal service call fee applies in 'Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
In country areas transpon
to
and
from
the manufacturer or his authorised service centre is
to
be
paid
for by the mower owner.
The following items are not covered under the normal warranty:

Cleaning Spark Plugs, Carburettor, Mag-
oil/fuel
mixture.

FUEL SPECIFICATION
VICTA RECOMMENDS 'BP ZOOM 25' WHICH
IS
COLOURED
GREEN
FOR
EASY IDENTIFICATION.
An acceptable alternative fuel
is
'BP Ezimix'
or
an equivalent high grade
two-stroke oil mixed in the ratio
of
1 part oil
to·
25 parts
of
standard petrol.
Super may be used
if
standard
is
unavailable.
To
obtain the correct
fuel/oil
mixture, measure 200 ml
(Y:J
pint)
of
two-stroke oil into the fuel can, add 5 litres
(1
gallon)
of
standard petrol and ensure
that
they are thoroughly mixed.
Care
must
be
taken
to
ensure
that
all utensils are clean and
that
no
dirt
or
foreign matter is permitted
to
contaminate the
fuel/oil
during
the
mixing
process.
The use
of
the above specified
fuel/oil
mixture ratio is a condition
of
the
mower guarantee.
Warning:
- The use
of
car oils (multigrade) in two-stroke engine fuel will
reduce engine life.
