OPÉRATIONS
PRÉLIMINAIRES
Au terme de l’installation, le dispositif
doit être actionné jusqu’à ce qu’il at-
teigne la condition nominale de travail
en le laissant en condition de “prêt au
fonctionnement”.
Lorsqu’on atteint la condition “prêt au
fonctionnement”, effectuer les distribu-
tions suivantes:
• 100% du circuit café à travers le distri-
buteur de café (pour plusieurs distri-
buteurs, diviser en mesures égales).
• Ouverture de la sortie vapeur pen-
dant 1 minute.
• Vidange totale de la chaudière va-
peur. Répéter toute l’opération au
moins 3 fois.
Au terme de l’installation, il serait préfé-
rable de rédiger un rapport des opéra-
tions effectuées.

OPERATIONS
At the end of installation, the device is
switched on and taken to rated oper-
ating conditions, leaving it in a state in
which it is “ready for operation”.
After reaching the “ready for operation”
condition, the following dispensing op-
erations are carried out:
• 100% of the coffee circuit through the
coffee dispenser (for more than one
dispenser, this is divided equally).
• Open the steam outlet for 1 minute.
• Complete emptying of the steam
boiler. Repeat this operation at least
3 times.
At the end of installation, it is good
practice to draw up a report of the op-
erations.

PRELIMINARI
Al termine dell’installazione, il dispo-
sitivo viene attivato e portato fino alla
condizione nominale di lavoro lascian-
dolo in condizioni di “pronto al funzio-
namento”.
Dopo il raggiungimento dello stato di
“pronto al funzionamento” si effettuano
le seguenti erogazioni:
• 100% del circuito caffè attraverso l’ero-
gatore caffè (per più erogatori si divi-
da in uguale misura).
• Apertura dell’uscita vapore per 1 mi-
nuto.
• Svuotamento completo della caldaia
vapore. Ripetere l’intera operazione
almeno 3 volte.
Al termine dell’installazione sarebbe
buona regola stilare un rapporto di
quanto effettuato.
