If juice backs up into the hopper of your Victorio Kitchen Appliances and doesn't go through the screen, it might be due to high sugar and pectin levels in the produce, causing skins to stick inside the screen. To resolve this, remove the squirt guard and scrape the pulp off the outside of the screen using a rubber scraper. If necessary, remove the screen to scrape the skins from the inside.
