2. GREASING
Use the Maintenance Checklist provided to keep a record of all scheduled maintenance.
Use a hand-held grease gun for all greasing.
Wipe grease fitting with a clean cloth before greasing, to avoid injecting dirt and grit.
Replace and repair broken fittings immediately.
If fittings will not take grease, remove and clean thoroughly. Also clean lubricant
passageway. Replace fittings if necessary.

normal operating conditions. Severe or
unusual conditions may require more
frequent lubrication or oil changes.

1. Grease PTO driveline.

Grease the telescoping section of the PTO shaft.

Machine is shown with guard re- moved or rotor cover
opened for illustrative purposes only. Do not
operate machine with guard removed or cover
opened.
TELESCOPING SECTION
2. Check sharpness of blades:
Rotor
Stationary
Remove, sharpen or switch edge as required.
