Installation Instructions

Receiving Shipment

Examine shipment packaging for damage. Note damage on delivery slip and file a claim with the carrier.

Uncrating

Remove packaging material, skid bolts and skid. Never lay the unit down.

Locating Your New Storage Refrigerator or Freezer

Consider clearance, floor load, and ventilation for optimal placement.

Installing Casters or Legs

Screw in casters/legs by hand, then tighten with a wrench. Tilt cabinet to install.

Leveling

Cabinets must be leveled for proper door sealing and drainage. Adjust legs or use washers.

Cabinet Cleaning

Wash interior with mild detergent and water, rinse, and sanitize before use.

Installing Shelves

Insert shelf support clips into pilasters and rest shelves on clips.

Electric Supply

Wiring by qualified electrician. Ensure proper voltage and ground wire.

Temperature Control

Set temperature for refrigerators (38-40°F) and freezers (-3-3°F). Learn adjustments.

Installation Checklist

Verify electrical hook-up, refrigeration lines, condenser fan, and levelness before start-up.

Product Load

Load food after reaching temperatures. Allow 1-1/2" clearance for efficiency.

Cabinet Cleaning

Perform daily exterior cleaning and weekly interior cleaning as instructed.

Condenser Maintenance

Clean condenser every three months (monthly if near cooking equipment).

Lubrication

Motors are permanently lubricated. No oiling required for compressor, condenser, or evaporator motors.

Installing Replacement Door Gasket

Remove old gasket by prying loose. Replace by soaking in warm water and pressing into retainer strip.
