Checking all gas unions for leaks
1. Insert new gaskets in all gas
unions that have been opened.
2. Open the gas shut-off valve.
3. Check the inlet seals of the gas
train for leaks.
4. Start up the burner (see page 8).
5. Check the outlet seals of the gas
train for leaks.
Implementing final tests
1. Implement all tests in the order of
the commissioning report.
2. Record the actual values in the
commissioning report on page 50.
Please note:
The flue pipe must be sealed at the
boiler adaptor.
Infiltrating air leads to false
measurements.
