Guide retaining pins (1) into the bores in
mounting (2). Insert cotter pin (3) into the
retaining pin bores from above and allow
to engage.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
Tensioning the V-belt (MT 5097,
MT 5097 C, MT 5097 Z):
Pull tension spring (1) forwards and attach
to the mowing deck as shown.
Tensioning the V-belt (MT 5112 Z,
MT 6112 C, MT 6112 ZL, MT 6127 ZL):
Press V-belt tensioner lever (1) forwards
and hold in place. Detach retainer (2).
Tension the V-belt by relieving the load on
V-belt tensioner lever (1). Attach
retainer (2) to V-belt tensioner lever (1) as
shown.
Installing the V-belt cover:
Press the retaining plate (1) forwards and
hold in place. Fold the V-belt cover (2)
upwards. Guide the retaining plate (1) to
the rear and engage at the two retaining
tabs (3) on the V-belt cover.
Fasten the retaining plate in place using
the screw (1).
