Connect the pick-up hose to the spear's threaded nipple.
Place the spear with the attached hose into the mini keg.
Rotate the spear clockwise to secure it into the mini keg.
Connect the stout faucet to the spear and tighten.
Fill the mini keg with the specified amount of cold brew coffee.
Secure the assembled spear system into the mini keg.
Insert and pierce the gas cartridge into the cartridge holder.
Attach the stout faucet and handle cap to complete the system.
Take apart the Nitro Cold Brew system to clean all parts.
Fill and empty the mini keg with hot water multiple times.
Fill the mini keg with hot water and baking soda, then let sit.
Shake the filled mini keg for shaking and then refrigerate for chilling.
Place keg on spill mat, position cup, and press handle to dispense.
Air dry the mini keg uncovered after cleaning.
Do not microwave, freeze, or use with hot liquids.
Use 8g N2O cartridges for a rich and creamy beverage.
Beverages stay fresh up to 10 days; keg is versatile for various drinks.
