1. Attach the Pick Up Hose (G) to the bottom of
the Spear with Pressure Relief Valve (B) by pushing
the hose all the way up, covering the threads on
the end of the spear nipple.
2. Insert the Spear with Pressure Relief Valve (B)
with the attached Pick Up Hose (G) into the Mini
Keg (A).
3. Once Inserted, Rotate the Spear with Pressure
Relief Valve (B) Clockwise to tighten.
4. Align the Stout Faucet (F) to the Spear with
Pressure Relief Valve (B). There are grooves that
help hold the position before tightening the ring
on the Spear (B).
IMPORTANT:
• Clean all parts before rst use.
• Do NOT put any parts in the
dishwasher.

Before using your Nitro Cold Brew for the rst time, please familiarize yourself with the various parts of
the machine and how it functions.
Before rst use, and after subsequent uses, wash all parts with warm soapy water. Carefully read all the
instructions and save this manual for future reference.
