Auto Close Timer
The auto close is designed so that when the gate is opened, it can be set to automatically close after a
re-determined amount of time.
Please note that the operator comes set from factory to “NO”, or without automatic closure. If you
ke
ep this setting, the gate will only close after another signal from an access control such as a remote
control, push button or hardwired keypad.
To change the amount of time before the gate closes, remove the jumpers and set to desired time by
follo
wing the guidelines in the picture above.
Manual Release
Your Viper Gate System will include two keys that are used to disengage the operator from your gate in
case
of an emergency or power outage.
Turn counter-clock-wise in the slot above to disengage the operator from the gate. This will allow you
to
use the gate manually.
