The 3"1/2 and 4" tubes are bent by points.
The bending radius "R" must be greater than or equal to 20 times the nominal diameter (DN) of the tube.

WARNING: Creating a bending radius "R" less than 20 times the nominal diameter "DN" generates too much effort
for the bender. This may damage the bender permanently.
Setting example:
- The tube diameter "Ø" = 4"
- The bending angle "α" = 9
- The bending radius "R" = 20 x DN = 10 x 100 = 2000 mm
- The developed length "L" = 2 x PI x R x a/360
i.e. L = 2 x PI x R x 90/360 = 3140 mm
Then divided "L" into equal sectors. The length of each sector will be around 200 mm which corresponds to the developed
length for the 3"1/2 and 4" bending shoes.
3140/200 = 15,7
In fact, "L" will be divided into 16 sectors of 3140/16 = 196 mm.
