you can have a section effect for the 2ND part only, when playing
XG timbres: this means that the selected section effect for 1ST part will be enabled only
if a Viscount timbre plays on that part. Moreover, the ‘Rotary Speaker’ effect is available
only on 1ST part, whatever timbre is selected.
