Wet-Blade Container (blade marked with “W”): Designed for
processing liquids, including juice, frozen mixtures, sauces,
soup, purées, batter, and for wet chopping.
Dry-Blade Container (blade marked with a “D”): The blades
are designed specifically for grinding dry materials such as
grains, cereal and coffee, and are also used for kneading bread
dough. The dry blades CANNOT process liquids efficiently.
