      If you cannot see a picture on your Vizio HDTV, ensure the power button is ON so the VIZIO logo glows white and the AC power cord is securely connected to the AC socket. Try pressing the INPUT button on the remote to select a different input source, or press the TV button on the top of the remote to return to the TV mode. Check the connections of external devices connected to the HDTV. If connected to a computer, press any button on the keyboard to 'wake' the computer. If using an antenna, ensure it is securely connected and reposition it near a window to improve signal strength.

Keep in mind that standard, analog TV will always be noticeably inferior to HD.
