Outlet temperature sender G263
Influencing parameters:
● Input of desired temperature
● Ambient temperature
● Interior temperature
● Temperatures downstream of evaporator and air outlets
● Pressure level in refrigerant circuit
The outlet temperature sender G263 is located in
the air duct behind the evaporator. It detects the
vent temperature downstream of the evaporator.
If fulfills two important tasks:
● it ensures that the air conditioning system is
switched off at 0°C downstream of the
evaporator.
● together with the externally regulated
compressor, the outlet temperature
downstream of the evaporator can now be
regulated between 0°C and approx. 10°C.
Advantage:
It is no longer for the heat exchanger to "reheat"
cold air when the outlet temperatures are
between 0°C and 10°C.
This reduces power consumption and saves fuel.
