Charging with a solar module
Connect the charging cable to the solar panel and then connect it to the DC/Solar charging
port on the back of the MagicBox (maximum charging power: 200W).
The solar module must meet the following requirements:
• Output voltage: 12V to 30V DC
• Connection: DC Male connection (DC7909)
A charge controller is not required, as the MagicBox is already equipped with an MPPT charge
controller.
The charging level is displayed on the display.
Charging when MagicBox is turned on
If the MagicBox is charged while it is switched on, "Charging" lights up on the display. When
the MagicBox is fully charged, the display shows "100%" and "Charging" remains lit.
Charging when MagicBox is turned off
If the MagicBox is charged while it is switched off, the display shows the current charge level.
If the MagicBox is fully charged, the display shows "100%".
