If you have any questions about your product after the purchase or during operation, we will
be happy to help you. In most cases, a pre-info by e-mail with explanation of the problem and
pictures is usually helpful.
Tip:
If you contact us directly, have your customer or invoice number and the item number ready.
In the event of a return of the product, please note the following instructions for quick
processing:
1. If possible, use the original packaging as a shipping box.
2. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide sufficient
protection against transport damage with suitable (UN-certified) packaging.
3. If the unit is not shipped in the original packaging or UN-certified packaging,
the goods are considered damaged and will therefore be invoiced if the item
is returned.
