Relief valve operation
Most of brake force comes from this relief valve when we stop slewing.
Therefore we need smooth build-up of pressure for smooth braking.
(1) Closing position
(2) Low pressure relief
(3) Relief pressure increase by moving of piston
(4) Final stage of relief
