Introduction
Owner's manual
A good way of getting to know your new car
is to read the owner's manual, ideally before
your first journey. This will give you the
opportunity to familiarise yourself with new
functions, to see how best to handle the car
in different situations, and to make the best
use of all the car's features. Please pay
attention to the safety instructions contained
in the manual:
The equipment described in the owner's
manual is not present in all models. In
addition to standard equipment, this manual
also describes options (factory fitted
equipment) and certain accessories (extra
equipment).
WARNING!
Warning texts indicate where there is a
risk of personal injury in the event of the
instructions not being followed.
IMPORTANT!
Caution texts indicate a risk of damage to
the car in the event of the instructions not
being followed.
NOTE! Volvo cars are differently equipped
depending on the requirements of the
different markets and the national or local
legal requirements and regulations.

illustrations in this Owner’s Manual are not
