What to do if my Vornado Zippi Fan doesn't turn on?

If your Vornado Fan fails to power on, make sure the power cord is properly plugged into an electrical outlet. Ensure that a fan speed setting is selected. Try plugging the fan into another outlet, or contact a qualified electrician to check the outlet. If the unit is still not working, cease usage, unplug it, and contact Consumer Service for assistance.
