Power/AUX IN/PHONES Section
18. Power buon, LED
Pressing and holding down this buon enables you to turn the power
on or o. The power LED will light up when the power is turned on.
19. AUX IN jack
Connect an external audio device to this jack. This enables you to
conveniently connect an audio player and play your guitar along with
the player’s output.
20. PHONES jack
Use this jack if you’re plugging directly in to a mixer, recording de-
vice, or if you’re using headphones. The output signal from this jack
is taken before the power amp, and the character of the guitar amp
cabinet is applied to it.
NOTE: Connecting headphones to this jack will mute the internal speaker.
NOTE:
Be sure to make a stereo connection at the PHONES jack.

1. DC 12V jack
Connect this jack to the included AC adapter.
NOTE:
The AC adapter should only be used with the main unit. Do not
use the adapter with other devices since doing so may cause a
malfunction.
11. EFFECTS knob 2
This knob enables you to select a delay/reverb-type eect and set the
intensity of the eect. To bypass the eects, rotate the knob all the
way to the le.
To apply an eect (selected via this knob) to the microphone input,
use the SEND knob to set the intensity of the eect.
To turn o the delay/reverb eect applied to the guitar input, set the
knob to the minimum position of the “swoosh” of the corresponding
eect type.
12. TAP buon, LED
This buon enables you to set the time of the Delay and Reverb ef-
fects. Tap this buon twice to set the time. The duration between two
taps will be used as the time value. The TAP LED will ash in sync
with the time.
HINT: To set the time to exactly match the tempo of a song, press the
TAP buon several times along with the song.
RHYTHM Section
13. TEMPO knob
This knob controls the tempo of the rhythm paern.
14. GENRE selector
This enables you to select the genre for a rhythm paern.
15. LEVEL knob
This knob controls the volume level of the rhythm paern.
16. VARIATIONS buon, LED
This is where you can select one of nine variations for each genre.
(see p. 7 “Using the Rhythm Section”)
To enable the tuner function, press and hold down the VARIATIONS
buon for more than one second. (see p. 8 “Using the Tuner”)
17. START/STOP buon
This buon starts or stops playback of the rhythm paern.
