Wheel loses connection over USB
See if the issue is reproduced by moving / wiggling the cable
Check the circular connector, is the plug screwed in correctly
Is the cable secured with adequate strain relief
Unplug / re-plug the USB cable
Close / re-open the VRS® DirectForce® Cong Too
In the VRS® DirectForce® Cong Tool, click the gear icon (top left). Click "Open
logs", and email the txt log le with the current date in the "logs" folder to us at
info@virtualracingschool.com
Contact customer support to request a replacement cable. Pair the device over
Bluetooth® in the meantime.
