P00: LED brightness, level 0 is the darkest, level 7 is the brightest
P01: Mileage Unit : 0：KM；1：MILE ; default: KM
P02: Sleep time: 0, not sleep; The other numbers are sleep times,the range : 1-60; unit :minute; default : 5
P03: Limit speed:the range 0-100%, Default : 100%
P04: Zero start, non-zero start Settings, 0：zero start; 1: non-zero start; Default: 0
P06: Soft and hard start strength, the range: 1-5, 1:Weakest, 5:Strongest, Default: 3
P07: 0: Can't cruise ,1: can cruise; Automatic cruise is optional , Default: 0
P09: Binding ID card, shows ID card quantity
