Scan the QR code provided to watch a video tutorial for using the product.
Connect phone to 2.4GHz WiFi, ensure same router for phone/camera, and connect camera via network cable.
Search for 'Eye4' app, download from store, and complete user registration or third-party login.
Scan the device's QR code with the app or use 'Wired connection' under 'Others' if QR is missing.
Select WiFi, enter password in Settings, wait for camera restart, and unplug network cable.
Use 'Device Share' > 'QR Code Sharing' to allow other users to add the device via app.
Activate cloud storage for free, enabling motion-triggered uploads and secure access.
Access online customer service, official mall, and FAQ for assistance and product information.
