l La pompe a-t-elle suffisamment refroidi avant sa remise en route ?
Une fois ces vérifications effectuées, la pompe peut être remise en route.
INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANTES
l Ne pas transporter la pompe par son cordon d'alimentation.
l Arrêter la pompe dès qu'elle ne refoule plus d'eau. Ne jamais la faire fonctionner à vide.
l Vérifier que le tuyau d'évacuation n'est pas obstrué et éliminer tout pincement.
l Le dispositif de protection thermique arrête le moteur en cas de surchauffe.
l Éviter toute aspiration par la pompe de sable ou de particules abrasives. Ces ma-
tières peuvent détériorer la pompe et provoquer une forte baisse de performance.
l Rincer la pompe à l'eau propre après toute intervention destinée à évacuer des
eaux chargées, des eaux salées ou l'eau d'une piscine.
l Mettre la pompe hors tension en cas d'entretien ou de travaux dans l'eau.

GENERAL
Self-priming sump pumps can be used for removing water from, for example,
ponds, water basins and flooded cellars. Also, the water level can be controlled to
prevent flooding of water basins. VT Submersible Pumps with built-in float can suck
and pump away water till a level of ca. 5 mm, even if it is strongly polluted (particles
up to max 5 mm). Owing to their high capacity, these pumps have a tremendous
delivery head. The motors are equipped with a thermal security device.

The use of this pump is only allowed for persons from 16 years old, of whom it can
be expected that for these persons the text is clear and understandable.
! The sump pumps are provided with 10 m of grounded electrical safety cable with
flex and plug. Connection to a dry and grounded receptacle with earth leakage
circuit breaker of 30 mA is necessary.
! Only use good quality grounded extension leads, flexes, receptacles and the like.
! The flex is watertight. It has an anchored connection and may not be replaced when
damaged. If any damage should occur to the flex, the pump may no longer be used.
