• Useonlybatteriesofthesameorequivalenttypeasrecommended.
• Donotmixdifferenttypesofbatteries:alkaline,standard(carbon-
zinc)orrechargeable(Ni-Cd,Ni-MH),ornewandusedbatteries.
• Donotusedamagedbatteries.
• Insertbatterieswiththecorrectpolarity.
• Donotshort-circuitthebatteryterminals.
• Removeexhaustedbatteriesfromthetoy.
• Removebatteriesduringlongperiodsofnon-use.
• Donotdisposeofbatteriesinfire.
• Donotchargenon-rechargeablebatteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries fromthe toy before charging (if
removable).
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult
supervision.
Disposal of batteries and product

batteries, or on their respective packaging, indicates
they must not be disposed of in domestic waste as
they contain substances that can be damaging to the
environment and human health.

specifiedvalueofmercury(Hg),cadmium(Cd)orlead
(Pb)setoutinBatteryDirective(2006/66/EC).
