6. The motorised train comes with a wheeled
accessory thatcan attachtothetrain.Simply,
connect the wheeled accessory to the back of
thetrain.Toremovetheaccessorypiece,unhook
the wheeled accessory from the train.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Keeptheunitoutofdirectsunlightandawayfromanydirectheatsource.
3. Remove the batteries when the unit will not be in use for an extended period
of time.
4. Donotdroptheunitonhardsurfacesanddonotexposetheunittomoisture
or water.
2. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
 Topreservebatterylife,themotorisedtrainwillautomaticallypower-downafter
approximately50secondswithoutinputinMANUAL PLAY MODE. The unit
can only be turned on again by pressing the light-up button or pushing the
trainquickly.InMOTOR PLAY MODE,thetrainwillautomaticallypower-down
afterapproximately5minuteswithoutinput.Thetraincanbeturnedonagain
by pressing the light-up button or turning the unit off and back on.
NOTE: Thisproductisintry-memodeinthepackaging.Afteropeningthepackage,
turn the vehicle OFF and ON again to proceed with normal play. If the unit
powersdownwhileplaying,wesuggestchangingthebatteries.
ACTIVITIES
1. Slide the OFF/MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
to turn the unit ON.Youwillheartrainsounds,
a song and a phrase. The motorised train
will move forward automatically when it’s in
MOTOR PLAY MODE(Note:Themotorised
train’s back wheels need to be on a firm surface
in order to trigger the motor.) The light will flash
with the sounds.
2. InMOTOR PLAY MODE,themotorwillstopautomaticallytwosecondsafter
you remove the motorised train from the tracks (sold separately). The motor
will restart once the motorised train is put back down.
3. Press theLIGHT-UP BUTTON to hear train
sounds,songsandphrases.Pressandhold
the LIGHT-UP BUTTON to stop the motor
while in the MOTOR PLAY MODE. The motor
will restart after the button is released. The light
will flash with the sounds.
4. While in the MANUAL PLAY MODE,pushthemotorisedtrainoveranypass-
through SmartPoint
®
location which can be found on VTech
®
Toot-Toot
Driversplaysets(eachsoldseparately).Youwillheargreetings,funsounds,
short tunes and sing-along songs. The light will flash with the sounds.
5. While in MOTOR PLAY MODE, let the train run across pass-through
SmartPoint
®
locations on Toot-Toot Drivers play sets (each sold separately).
Youwillheargreetings,funsounds,shorttunesandsing-alongsongs.The
lightwillflashwiththesounds.Sometimes,themotorisedtrainwillmakestops
along the way for added fun.
