1. Insert the moisture meter into the soil at the desired
location. Make sure the probe is fully inserted into the soil
and that the top of the unit remains above the surface
for easy reading.
2. Use the switch to select the desired measurement
mode: Slide the switch to the right for humidity reading,
to the center for sunlight reading and to the left for pH
reading.
3. After selecting the desired measurement mode, wait a
few seconds for the meter to complete the measurement.
Read the humidity, sunlight or pH value on the display.
-Red (1-3): Dry soil, may need watering.
-Green (4-7): Suitable soil moisture for most plants.
-Blue (8-10): Wet soil, excessively moist, may indicate
drainage problems.
4. Carefully remove the humidity meter after use and
clean the probe with a damp cloth. Store the humidity
meter in a dry place to prevent damage.
