Warranty and liability claims for damage to persons or property are ex-
pressly excluded if they are based on one or more of the following
causes:
• Inadequate compliance with instructions regarding project planning,
installation of the air sampling smoke detection system, installation
of the pipe system, commissioning and maintenance
• Improper use of the air sampling smoke detection system
• Inadequate monitoring of wear and tear elements
• Incorrectly performed repairs
• Own structural modifications to the air sampling smoke detection
system
• Force majeure
