Mobile Phone Screen Mirroring Guide
The following instructions guide you through displaying content from your mobile phone on a
projector screen wirelessly via Wi-Fi. This setup allows you to enjoy media on a larger screen
effortlessly. Please note, this feature is available only for compatible Android devices.
Requirements:
Supported Devices: iPhones running iOS 6 or later, and Android devices running Android 5.3
or later.
Both the mobile phone and projector should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Instructions for Android Devices
Connect to the Same Wi-Fi Network
Ensure both your Android phone and the projector are connected to the same Wi-Fi
network. This is essential for the devices to communicate with each other for screen
mirroring.
Enable the Screen Projection Function
Open the settings menu on your Android phone, then navigate to the screen mirroring or
projection settings (often labeled as Screen Cast or Wireless Display). Enable this feature
to allow your phone to search for nearby compatible devices.
Select the Projector
Look for the device name corresponding to your projector in the list of available devices. For
this setup, select the device labeled 4K Google TV Stick (or the name assigned to your
projector). Tap on it to initiate the connection.
Complete the Connection
Once you select the projector, your Android phone will attempt to connect. After a few
seconds, your phones display should appear on the projector screen. You can now view and
control your phones content on the larger display.
